Project management of pilot initiative to test Lead Specialist role, achieving follow-ups on hot sales leads within 24 hours (previously no follow-ups a 400% increase in conversion rates. Project management of lead generation and funnel project | 3Shape. Achieved lead generation growth of 170 % YoY (target: 50%). Project consisted of mapping and redesign marketing and sales funnel incl. development of new CRM process and design of lead generation & lead mgmt. reporting in PowerBI.
