• Successful Microsoft Dynamics Ax2009 implementation in Polish and French sites. With respect of the change management for the employees in France and Poland my team and I succeeded in implementing the ERP system without any major issues
• Integrating the two new sites in the Samson IT-Infrastructure
• Simplifying the IT-infrastructure and streamlining the different IT-Vendors
