Relevant project highlights

Mental Health Service, South Region Denmark: Responsible for design, strategic deployment and facilitating corporate continuous improvement program to all departments in the hospital with +3000 employees. Building a central improvement department to sustain the hospital improvement journey.

Mental Health Service, South Region Denmark: Implementing TWI Job Instruction with success in a clinical department to secure training of employees in critical core tasks in the work between patients and employees.

Mental Health Service, South Region Denmark: In connection with ISO 14001 certification of the Hospital, Toyota Kata was incorporated into the working environment management system with success.

Odense University Hospital: Establish and build the Center for Innovation Medical Technology (CIMT). CIMT brings together hospital and university to ensure collaboration, coherence and knowledge sharing between researchers from the university and the physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals who are in daily contact with patients. There are numerous examples of new technology used to improve and support treatment and workflows. A few examples are the app My Hospital, video interpretation, telemedical ulcer treatment and camera pill to capsule endoscopy.

Odense University Hospital: Responsible for strategic deployment of Continuous Improvement to the 72 clinical departments. There have been established internal improvement teams in the clinical departments sustained from the central improvement department, and there have been educated +4000 leaders and employees.

Greenland Homerule Government: Responsible for providing a basis for political decision-making for the establishment of a hydroelectric plant at Qorlortorsuaq in South Greenland. The hydroelectric plant is in operation.

Lodam Automatic: Project manager and software engineering within full automation fabric projects within the asphalt and agriculture industry, including development of programs for warehouse management, production planning and quality control.
