Implementing World Class Operational Management (WCOM) – 6 sites in DK. TPM approach building pillars in each site. A pillar is a dedicated continuous improvement team recruited across the organisation analysing for waste and systematically removal – demonstrating tangible results. Role was to establish production strategies and build pillars in cooperation with local management. (2010-2015)
Long time relation – “Lean travel”. Facilitated several Kaizen Blitzes through the years (2 to 3 per year) leading to very short lead time and efficient production. (2004-)
Facilitating Continuous Improvement journeys for 12 different clinical departments. Support building internal CI-team. (2009-2012).
Several projects. Mainly: Controlled Reduction of group inventory with 50%, no loss in service level. Implementing new production line in Slovakia (Line with U-cells) (2005-2014)
Change from Push to pull production. Change of layout and introducing Kanban on semi finished materials. (2004-2006)
Has trained in Lean (DTU, Mannaz and Rovsing Academy). More than 500 trainees
