Energy & Industrial service company (2022-2023): operation cost optimization and turn around project. A department within the fence at Crossbridge Energy A/S (refinery). Result: New roles were established among the employees, and the workforce became a well-functioning and homogeneous group. Structure and work processes are streamlined. The department’s costs have been reduced to a minimum. A new 3-year maintenance contract between the two parties has been signed, as well as several large projects has been won.
Large retail company (2021-2022): Process optimization within the value chain. Result: simplification of order handling, a new warehouse structure, installation of a new warehouse management system (WMS) with barcodes and scanner integrated for telecomsteel.com (webshop) as well as ERP system, Selection of transport supplier, setup and design of a new warehouse with location management and transport booking integration from WMS to supplier. Result: Streamlined order and delivery processes, streamlined product handling and a better overview.
Industrial company (2019-2021): Sustainable logistics transformation. Analysis of logistics and value chain with a report to the CEO / board. The report had to, with specific documented recommendations, form a decision-making basis for the future logistics strategy and subsequently an action plan. Result: A new digitized and sustainable logistics center in Western Denmark was established, as well as relocation and digitalization of the sales office and warehouse in Eastern Denmark. Implementation of transport tenders with new hauliers with transport booking integration from the ERP system as well as rollout of a new warehouse management system in AX based on barcodes and scanners.
Distribution company: Process transformation. Establishment of a new warehouse with pallet racks, wi-fi, warehouse management system, IT, barcode scanners, barcodes for location management and goods, as well as the start of cooperation with an international carrier. Result: Effective digital warehouse setup with traceability and overview.
Large oneline shop: General management sparring and advice in connection with the maintenance and expansion of webshop picking warehouse within warehouse infrastructure, employee roles, order and warehouse flow, IT and streamlining of workflows. Result: Good practical solutions that are usable on weekdays, with an optimized flow where the company could handle more with the same resources.
