Leading a project improving quality in wind turbine blades. Together with mgmt. in Blades I was a part of the Cost of Poor quality (COPQ) program team. I was head of improving the yearly COPQ with €2.8mio. With a team from India, UK and DK were we driving the Six Sigma (DMAIC) project. Result improved First pass yield (FPY) from 8,5% to 96%
Leading a project of improving the assembly time by removing a critical component on wind turbine blades. The project has been initiated several times the last 10 years without success. With a team of specialists from the process and supplier we established research, development, testing and implementation. We succeeded and the solution improved the production output with 15%.
Head of E2E program cost optimization of blade moulds for producing wind turbine blades to internal factories. Program start by identifying potential cost improvement areas from Design to shipping. Managing 24 projects achieved yearly cost saving of €40Mio.
Leading a Technical project, implementation new process equipment. The project included research, development, testing and implementation with local team and external suppliers. Implementation of high-tech automated robot cells with Vision and robot technology.
Leading a big project I was head of a Mould quality project that resulted the company being able to supply products with a value of three-figure millions. A significant change with a future focus on process optimization was created.
