Effective Leadership: turned focus to SQDUP. Focus on weekly production of app. 7.000 mattresses and 20.000 pillows with 5 shifts.
Planning Systems: Started implementation of new planning tool: ROB-EX. Lay-out and LEAN: Implementation of performance boards, automated packaging of mattresses and a new production line. Role: Production Manager
Lay-out and LEAN: leading a successful LEAN implementation – achieving the prize as Work Place of the year 2012 by the Union 3F. Implementing supply chain strategy, which items to produce where. Buying and implementing new wood working CNC-machinery while adding lots of new products and growing app. 20% annually. Two production sites. Role: Production Manager
Make/Buy project of water tanks: Figure out whether to produce internally or buy from a vendor. Quality Management: external quality costs. Figure out why some of the Heat Pumps fail in the market and implement new procedures to prevent it from occurring again, including build in quality levels in vendor contracts. Factory relocation: move a Heat Pump factory from Valence, France to Grodzisk, Poland. Role: Project Manager
Process transformations: Analyzing process flows throughout the company, i.e. how sales orders, production orders, invoices, and return orders are handled internally. Optimizing processes, creating common understanding, implementation of document management system. Role: Project manager
Lay-out and LEAN: Warehouse lay-out and implementation of Performance Management and Problem Solving boards. KPIs, SOP for loading and unloading of trucks. Role: Project manager
