• Corporate strategy development and implementation. Led the creation and built up of a new global 120 people strong digital division with sites in Denmark, Poland, US, China, France, Germany and Spain.
• Design and establishment of operations across innovation, product development, support, service, marketing and sales and launching of the FOSS IQX SaaS product platform with embedded AI and Machine Learning analytics. Supporting 17.000 live customers installations and growing digital revenue 10x over a 6 year period.
• Productification of embedded analytics software in instruments leading to a >10x increase in customers application launches to market as well as standardization of diverse after-sales service portfolio into 6 packages and integration with digital elements.
•  SteerCo chair and sponsor of E-commerce implementation in FOSS leading to 40% channel shift from physical to online.
• Led the corporate information security initiative, leading to ISO27001 certification and implementation of robust governance.

• Led overall strategy development, leadership succession and M&A including complex stakeholder management.

Grundfos

• Corporate digital strategy development leading to innovation and launching of new digital products Grundfos Go™ and FireConnect™, implementation of new technical IoT architecture and governance in hardware products and establishment of innovation and venture hub in Silicon Valley investing in digital start ups.

Ericsson

• Program design and rollout of new Customer Project Management processes and IT tooling for Business Unit Global Services supporting new managed services business model.

Vestas

• Led critical project to design, build and go live with new ERP setup for new local German subsidiary within 4 months.
