When you contact us by e-mail, phone or the contact form, we process the details you give us, typically your name, company, e-mail, phone number and your message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare and deliver a collaboration with you

When you apply for a position or a partnership, we process the information in your application to assess it and stay in contact with you

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running our business (GDPR article 6(1)(f)) and, where we enter into or prepare an agreement with you, article 6(1)(b)

Your data is only used by ZILLION Consulting Group. We use trusted IT, e-mail and hosting providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. If a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by the EU standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer basis

We never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any collaboration that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Applications are deleted no later than six months after the process has ended, unless you agree that we keep them longer

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. Videos are embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. The background film on the front page is streamed from Vimeo with tracking switched off (do-not-track), so Vimeo sets no tracking cookies

You have the right to access the data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask us to restrict the processing, object to it or receive your data in a portable format
